Responsibilities
β’ Increase sales partners/dealers and build strong relationships by understanding dealer needs.
β’ Increase SKUs in existing dealers and onboard new dealers to enhance brand visibility.
β’ Achieve growth and sales targets.
β’ Identify key competitors and stay updated on market movements.
β’ Support company expansion by strengthening customer base and market presence.
β’ Coordinate with the Marketing Communication (MARCOMM) team for lead generation and end-user reach.
β’ Conduct regular market visits (inside or outside Kathmandu as required).
β’ Ensure timely payment collection from dealers for sales generated.
β’ Prepare market survey reports through visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
β’ Follow up with dealers according to agreed payment schedules.
β’ Present company products and services to dealers, resellers, and end-users.
β’ Coordinate with Logistics and Support Center teams to ensure client satisfaction.
β’ Gain in-depth knowledge of ERP systems and all company brands.
β’ Maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
β’ Maintain proper internal and inter-departmental communication.
β’ Maintain respectful interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders (partners, banks, vendors, authorities).
Qualification & SkillsΒ
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
β’ Minimum 1 year of experience.
β’ Good communication and coordination skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and with cross-functional team.
